Quick Guide: Bi-Directional Sync

Ocusell keeps your listing data accurate and up-to-date. If you need to make an edit directly on the MLS, Ocusell will detect the change for the following fields and prompt you to select the correct value, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

How does bi-directional sync work:

1) If a listing is out-of-sync, a warning icon will appear next to the listing address on your dashboard.  To view all out-of-sync listings, simply select the "Out-of-Sync" tab at the top.

2) When you edit an out-of-sync listing, you will immediately be prompted to resolve the issue now or continue editing.  Click "Resolve Issues".

3) You'll be presented with a side by side comparison of the data in Ocusell vs. the data in the MLS.  Select the correct value, click Save and Apply, and the listing will be back in sync!
