Pricing Information and Comps

When you enter the price for the property, Remine has a feature that allows you to view a quick comparison to similar properties in the area.

To view, click Show Pricing Statistics. A graph opens showing where your listing compares to similar properties. 

Scroll down to see more details on comparable listings.
