Mass Add Listing Note

The Mass Add Listing Note is an additional note that will appear in the showing instructions for all of your unexpired listings for the appointment type chosen. 

  1. From your Agent Profile screen click the Mass Add Listing Note button found below your agent photo

  2. The Mass Add Note dialog box opens.

  3. Click in the check box to select the type of appointment you want to add the note to.
  4. Click the radio button to indicate where you want to place the note.
  5. Click Add from Predefined Notes to select a standard note or type in the field to add your personal instructions.
  6. Click Add Note to Showing Agent button.
  7. Click Yes or No in the Confirmation box.
  8. Click OK.
