Locating the Dual Entry Forms
Dual Entry forms for entry into FMLS and another MLS are in Remine Docs+.
From the Product Directory menu on FMLS.com, select Docs+
From the Dashboard left-side navigation pane, select Form Library.
Click on FMLS/RE.
Click on Dual Entry Forms.
Select the form you want to use.
Click to preview the form.
Click Download to save to your computer.
