Forgot Username and/or Password (Reset)

      Regaining access to FirstMLS is easy, follow the steps below!

Forgot Username

If you have forgotten your username, navigate to www.firstmls.com and click the Forgot Username link.


On the screen that appears, enter the email address associated with your username (usually the email address on file with your brokerage.  If your email address is incorrect, contact the office manager/staff at your brokerage and they'll be able to update it for you using the Roster Management tool)

Once you enter your email address, click the Find User Name button.  Your user name will display.



Resetting your password if you've forgotten it and can't log in

On the Firstmls.com homepage, click the FMLS Login button.


Just below the Login ID field and to the right is a Reset Password link.  Click it.

The next screen will ask for your Login ID.  Enter your Login ID and click the Continue button.  A reset link will be sent to the email address on file with your account.



Updating your password (if you can log in)

After logging in to FirstMLS.com and arriving at your Dashboard, click the greeting in the upper right corner, "Hi, (your name)".  A drop down menu will appear.  Click Profile Settings.

On the Profile Settings screen, click Reset Password in the Password section.

You will be prompted to enter your current password then enter your new password (and to enter it a second time to confirm).

Once all three fields have been entered and the new password passes the validation checks shown, click the Reset Password button.  Your password will be updated immediately.
