Effective 1/20/2020, FMLS Appraiser flat fee pricing is $150 and includes:

• Access to FMLS and products includes our two tax systems, Realist, which is statewide and Remine which is national.
• DataMaster Pro appraisal software - electronic bridge between MLS data and the four major appraisal generating software platforms to reduce the time it takes to close a transaction
• Appraiser CE credit courses of up to 8 hours free per cycle offered onsite at FMLS on a quarterly basis
• Supra (Note: FMLS will no longer upcharge appraisers for the Supra service, therefore, paying the same fee as the Brokers/Agents)
• iBox Lockboxes- $99.00/each
• eKey Activation fee - $50.00
• Ekeys - Basic = $16.81 per month (automatically charged monthly by Supra)
• Payment no longer must be paid at a FMLS store

FMLS Appraiser Membership:

The DataMaster software is specifically for FMLS real estate appraisers who are also paying members of FMLS (FMLS appraiser member).  This includes appraisers, an appraiser assistant and agents or brokers who also have membership as an appraisal member with FMLS. 

Each appraiser can have up to two assistants use the DataMaster software on their behalf without paying the FMLS fees; however, those assistants will NOT have access to FMLS.com or any of FMLS software/tools.  Appraiser assistants can attend the Appraiser CE credit courses. 

Note: Agents or Brokers who want the DataMaster Appraisal software and/or CE Credit courses will need to apply for membership with FMLS as an Appraiser.  Agent/Broker members can retain their existing membership in addition to their Appraiser membership and paying the monthly $150.00 fee.

DataMaster will provide first level support to our appraiser members from its Utah office by calling 1- 888-362-9222 from 9:30am - 8:00 pm EST.  Our Product team will handle any product issues or emergencies and escalate accordingly.

• Gathers all MLS data including photos so appraisers can make better quality and condition ratings
• Allows users to make Quality, Control, Location and View decisions within DataMaster
• Offers property listing history and sales deed history
• Includes Aerial and Street Maps
• Includes more graphs than before
• Saves all appraisal data in the appraiser work file
• Allows users to save and reuse prior property data and share data with trusted peers with our new DataMaster CompTracker product
• Saves appraisers 80 – 90 minutes per appraisal
