Step 1: Click My Account in the profile selector menu
To access the My Account section of your account, click on the profile selector menu at the top of the page. In the dropdown menu, click the My Account link.
Step 2: Add account photo
Under Personal information, you can add an account photo. To do so, click on the Add photo button and follow your browser’s prompts to select a photo to upload from your computer.
Step 3: Fill out Personal information
Within the Personal information section, you can fill out your information. Filling out as much of this information as possible will ensure getting the maximum potential out of dotloop. This information will be used to autofill on forms.
Step 4: Fill out Address
The final section allows you to enter your personal address information.
Once complete, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
