Broker Attribution

FMLS has implemented a new listing field to give Brokers a way to attribute their listings in IDX and VOW feeds.

Attribution Contact is not only a new field on the Add/Edit screen but also a preference that Brokers can set for listings in all of your Offices. To set it up please go to firstmls.com and log in, then click the 'My FMLS" link where you will see "Broker Attribution Contact".

There are 3 options available for your offices on the "Preferences" screen:

1.  Office Phone: The phone number listed on the office record will display for all listings within the offices.
   
2. Office Email: If an email address is listed on an office record, you can select to display the email address on all listings within the offices.
   
3. Agent Phone: The phone number listed on the agent record will display for all listings within the offices.
   

 The default is automatically set to Office Phone. If a change is made to one of the other options above, all listings in those offices will be updated to the new value including any that have been marked within the listing itself.
