You may add attachments to the listing in ShowingTime. This does not replace adding documents to a listing nor will the documents attached to the listing transfer over to ShowingTime. When you add an attachment in ShowingTime to a listing, the attachment is emailed to the Showing Agent once an appointment is requested.
Under the Listing Setup tab, search for and locate the listing you want to add to add the attachment to.
Double click to open the Showing Instructions page.
Click the Attachments button and then click Add/Remove. The Manage Listing Attachments window opens.
Click Browse then search for and select the file you want to attach. The screen reappears with the attachment listed.
To add another attachment, click Browse again.
Click Done.
