Accessing ShowingTime

You can access ShowingTime four ways:

  • Tap the ShowingTime tile from the Dashboard, found in the Products Directory box.



    in Matrix:
  • External Links Widget on the Agent Dashboard
  • Button on Agent Single Line Display
  • Schedule a Showing link on Agent Full

 

From the External Links widget 


The ShowingTime Agent Home page opens. This page gives you a quick snapshot of Showings requested for listings, feedback responses and it is where you update your Agent Profile.


Accessing from the Agent Single Line Grid

1.     From the grid, click the checkmark next to the listing.

2.     Click the ShowingTime button. 




Accessing from the Agent Full

1.     From the Agent Full, click the Schedule a Showing Link.


The Schedule Showing window opens.
